The sky changed frequently on this evening and was stunning for over one hour of sunset.  Flamingo on Florida Bay in Everglades N.P.

The water was so still it was a mirror on this evening as the sky became painted with pink and blue hues.  Flamingo, FL. 

Beautiful mix of clouds just before sunrise on the eastern coast of the United States.  Image location is Hilton Head Island, SC.  Technically this is a combination of 4 images captured in portrait mode and assembled in Photoshop. 

After a perfect evening of astrophotography on Big Pine Key, this stunning and intense color at sunrise was just too irresistible.  The light was intense and the equal of that I have seen on crystal clear mountain sunrises.  The thin crescent Moon added the necessary compositional element to provide perspective on the moment.
